Yes. We support custom specifications and project-specific requirements to align with brand standards and design intent. Depending on project needs, products can be delivered directly from the factory or supplied from our warehouse to meet timelines, logistics, and budget considerations.
Return and exchange periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the product. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. All requests are subject to product condition and applicable terms.
Yes. We support both new construction projects and hotel renovations, providing FF&E solutions tailored to project scope, timelines, and brand standards from planning through delivery.
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping availability may vary, and our team will be happy to review options and assist with special arrangements when possible. We also support shipments to Canada. Canadian orders are reviewed in coordination with our Logistics & Customs Compliance Team, who will assist with shipping options, customs documentation, duties, and applicable taxes to ensure a smooth delivery process.
